Dr. Schar Builds US Gluten-Free Plant

Burgstall, Italy-based Dr. Schr AG/SPA, the US company's parent,invested more than $15 million into the new facility. The companyoffers more than 300 products in Europe and has so far introduced33 items to the US market.
