Burgstall, Italy-based Dr. Schr AG/SPA, the US company's parent,invested more than $15 million into the new facility. The companyoffers more than 300 products in Europe and has so far introduced33 items to the US market.
Located in Swedesboro, New Jersey, the 60,000-square-footfacility will produce Schar's baked goods, including newlyintroduced gluten-free plain and cinnamon bagels. The site willalso produce the company's Hearty White Frozen Bread, HeartyGrain Frozen Bread and upcoming items cu
