R.J. Dourney has been named president and chief executive officer of Cosi, Inc. He also will become a member of the companys board of directors. Mr. Dourney succeeds Stephen Edwards, who will take over as executive chairman and will continue as a member of the board. Mr. Edwards was elevated to c.e.o. in June 2013 after Carin Stutz resigned to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Stutz had been c.e.o. since 2011.
