Thanks to the mild weather in recent days, the demand for cucumbers in Germany has increased. Reports the German Agrarmarkt Informations-Gesellschaft (AMI) on their website. The many hours of sunshine have a positive effect on both the demand and the production. The number of German households now buying cucumbers is clearly increasing and is significantly higher than previous years.
As early as week 8, 17% of the households had bought cucumbers and in week 9 this number was increased with one
