Scottish farmed salmon sales to the United States are set to hit GBP 200 million (USD 334.2 million, EUR 239.5 million) in 2014, a record for Scottish aquaculture, according to the Scottish Salmon Producers' Organization.
Figures from 2013 indicate sales values nearly hit that mark, up 30 percent from the GBP 155 million (USD 103.8 million, EUR 74.4 million) recorded in 2012.
