The Food Standards Agency is organising a TweetChat for tomorrow, Friday 13 July, to allow anyone managing or working in a food business to pose questions about food safety.
The TweetChat is part of the Agencys Play it Safe campaign, which is raising awareness of the importance of food hygiene and food safety in the run-up and during the London 2012 Games. Food businesses will have an opportunity to ask questions that will enable them to deal with real issues.
The questions will be answered by
