The levy-funded organisation hosted 12 guests from Germany, including retail buyers and journalists, during a three-day mission which showcased farm-to-plate lamb production and also included sheep farm and auction market visits, lamb cutting demonstrations and a lamb dinner.
The visit is part of Eblexs moves to develop the German market, which will also feature a special reception in Dsseldorf later this month, and participation in three shows and gourmet events during the autumn.
