MP Packaging is part of Magna Parva, a UK based advanced engineering and research and development company, and Rexam has taken an equity stake in the firm.
Magna Parva has built an IP portfolio since its formation in 2005 and Rexam says the joint venture will enable it to harness the specialist expertise gained in the companys aerospace and defence sectors and apply this to the can making business.
