CIPHET bags Rs 2.68 cr project on detection of adulterants in juice, milk

The Indian Council of Agriculture Research's (ICAR) National Fund would be sponsoring the project.

The main objective of the project is to detect and quantify all kinds of adulterants including the artificial milk in natural milk and sugars in apple/mango juice.
