Maxim Marketing Corp., a Los Angeles business, filed a lawsuit against ConAgra Foods, Inc. and Trader Joes Co. in a case related to Trader Joes peanut butter filled pretzels.
The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court alleged breach of contract, intentional interference with contractual relations and violation of California antitrust law.
