The minister highlighted that despite the violence sweeping Syria, Jordan's exports of vegetables and fruit to Syria reached 794,000 tonnes last year, compared to 800,000 tonnes in 2012, which indicated an increased demand for Jordanian agricultural products due to their high quality and good international reputation.
