Tyson Foods, Inc. has acquired Boscos Pizza Co., Warren, Mich. Terms of the agreement were not announced.
With one manufacturing plant, Boscos is a maker of partially baked frozen pizza made with traditional and whole grain crusts, pizza sticks that feature a variety of fillings and pizza sauces.
