The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has cited Liborio Markets #9 Inc. and Liborio Markets #10 Inc. for failure to pay for produce.
Liborio Markets #9 Inc. failed to pay $329,395 to 14 sellers for 232 lots of produce. Liborio Markets #10 Inc. failed to pay $425,599 to 13 sellers for 377 lots of produce. As a result of these actions, both companies cannot operate in the produce industry until Nov. 26, 2015, at which time they may apply for a PACA license.
