The onion harvest of the company Field Fresh Tasmania is on schedule at the moment. Despite the wet and cold start FFT expect a good season with consistent and reliable class 1 product. According to Luc Delabie of FFT the most important objective of the company is to supply quality.
Harvesting started at the end of December and the actual harvest then starts in the middle of January and lasts till the end of April. The harvested capacity is about 1,200 tonnes per day. The brown onions are shipp
