Petuluma-based Rancho Feeding Corporation recalled 41,683 pounds of beef products that are not fit for human consumption because the products did not get the proper inspection from USDAs Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
The following is a list of recalled items:
beef carcasses, 50-lb boxes of beef feet
20-lb boxes of beef extail
50-lb boxes of beef hearts
both 30-lb and 60-lb boxes of beef livers
30 lb boxes of beef cheeks
60-lb boxes of beef tripe
30-lb boxes of beef tongue.
