Sligro Food Group N.V., Veghel, and Rooswinkel Horeca Groothandel B.V., Roermond, announce that they expect to reach agreement on the acquisition by Sligro of Rooswinkels wholesale activities. Rooswinkel generates most of its revenue from delivery-service operations, but also has a small cash-and carry section.
