Dr. Schar opened $15m gluten-free food manufacturing facility in US

According to the company, the new facility expands its reach to the growing celiac and gluten-free consumers.
The 60,000ft2facility, located in Swedesboro, New Jersey, will produce Schar's baked goods such as Classic and Multigrain Ciabatta Parbaked rolls, and baguettes; Hearty White Frozen Bread; and Hearty Grain Frozen Bread.
