Louis Dreyfus to acquire two corn processing plants in Brazil

Louis Dreyfus, a French multinational conglomerate, has agreed to acquire two Brazilian corn processing plants from the local firm Kowalski Alimentos.

Financial terms of the deal have been not disclosed.

Louis Dreyfus' subsidiary, locally known as LDC was quoted by Reuters as saying that there are no additional details to add, regarding the deal.

The two facilities to be acquired are situated in the states of Parana and Goias.
