Tangerine Confectionery to reduce workforce in UK

Tangerine Confectionery, a UK-based sugar confectionery producer, is planning to cut down its workforce in the country, as part of its restructuring process.

The company currently employs around 340 people at its plants across Vicarage Lane and Clifton Road in the resort, and factories in Liverpool, Cleckheaton, Pontefract and York.

According to the company, the operations at its manufacturing facilities will be restructured once the ongoing review is completed.
