ServSafe to help Illinois restaurant operators

ervice sanitation manager certifications reqiure an 8-hour training course, according to the release.

The ServSafe program is recognized by the state of Illinois, and will provide online and on-site training and exams for foodservice managers.

The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination has certified more than 5 million foodservice professionals and is accredited by the American National Standards Institute-Conference for Food Protection, according to the release.
