Frontier Beverage Company Inc. subsidiary Blue 22 Entertainment Inc. announced today that it has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Starzz Live for the formation of a Live Event Production Company for the production of live events in the Southern United States.
The new entity, to launch in January, 2014 will focus on the production of live concert events, festivals, tours and co-promotions in the RB, Rock and Country genres with a focus on the Southern United States.
