NPC International Inc. has completed an acquisition deal for 53 Wendys restaurants and one additional location currently under development, for $30.4 million. NPC plans to renovate some of the acquired restaurants to reflect the brands newest restaurant design. The eateries are located in the Salt Lake City, Utah market and will be owned and operated by NPC Quality Burgers Inc., NPC's subsidiary.
