Creminelli Fine Meats, LLC, of Salt Lake City, Utah, is recalling 31 pieces (approximately 101 pounds) of fully-cooked-not-shelf-stable, ready-to-eat pork roast products because they were produced under the wrong Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan and for mislabeling, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced Friday.
