Mini chocolate puds

Ingredients

150g butter, chopped
200g dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup raw caster sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
100g white chocolate, chopped
6 green glace cherries, halved, thinly sliced
6 red glace cherries, finely chopped

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Lightly grease a 24-hole, 1 1/2 tablespoon-capacity mini muffin pan.
