Canada-based Agropur Cooperative has acquired M Larive International (MLI), an international trading house specializing in dairy products and food ingredients in the country.
Following the acquisition, MLI owner Marcel Larive will manage the new Agropur Export Group that will be integrated to Agropur's Cheese and Ingredients Division.
