Coles Supermarkets Ltd has recalled Coles SmartBuy White Sandwich bread (700g) from selected Coles supermarkets in regional NSW. The affected product was only sold on Monday 18 November 2013 with a best before date of 23 Nov. The product has been recalled due to the possible presence of hard plastic fragments that may cause injury if consumed. Customers should not consume this product and return it to their nearest Coles store for a full cash refund.
