ve to standard WPC80, contains about 80% whey proteins, upto 5% moisture, 10% lactose, 6% minerals, and 5.5% fat. It is suitable for processed foods including sauces, soups, yogurt, baked goods and confections.

Instantized WPC80 IP is an agglomerated with at least 80% protein that offers ease of dispersability through sunflower lecithin, a non-GMO/identity preserved ingredient used at less than 1.5% in the product.
