On 27 October, Carrefour China opened its 226th hypermarket Hefei Baoye Carrefour. Located in the Anhui province, the store has a sales area of 8311 sq.m and 32 check-outs, as well as a car park with space for 1000 cars.
On 5 November, the Chengdu Qiong Lai Carrefour opened its doors in the Sichuan province. With a sales area of 8546 sq.m, Carrefour China's 227th hypermarket has 32 check-outs and a car park with space for 300 cars.
