Britvic Soft Drinks recalls children’s drink over packaging safety fears

The company raised the alarm last night over all its Robinson Fruit Shoot and Fruit Juice Hydro packs which feature what it describes as anew design cap.

The drink, a flavoured mineral water aimed at children aged seven to 11, isbeing recalled in what Britvic called a precautionary measure.

Manufacturing fault

New bottles of the drink now include aspill-proof Magicapwhich is an easy to open sports cap, said the firm.
