The Irish Dairy Board is building a new cheese manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia, which is the 5th largest dairy importer in the world, as part of a 20m investment.
The facility in Riyadh will strengthen the board's business in Saudi Arabia as well as opening doors in Middle Eastern and African markets.
They will use dairy ingredients to produce a range of fresh white cheeses that will be produced using a pioneering technology developed by the IDB and Teagasc. The technology allows innovativ
