Stir to combine. Cover and set aside.

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Season with cracked black pepper. Beat lightly with a fork. Preheat oven to 160C.

3. Heat a 16cm (base), non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and swirl to coat. Pour in one-quarter of the egg mixture. Tilting pan to allow uncooked egg to run over base, cook for 1 minute or until partially set.

4. Sprinkle one-quarter of the feta and tasty cheeses over the top. Cook for 1 minute or until the om
