Gorts Gouda Cheese Farm in Salmon Arm, British Columbia, has been given the green light to sell its products again a month after its unpasteurized cheeses were linked to an outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 and recalled.
There were 25 people sickened in the outbreak and one elderly woman died from the infection.
