JBT FoodTech, a part of JBT Corporation, signed a contract worth more than $4.5 million to provide freezing solutions to the Middle East business of a global food provider.
JBT FoodTech will supply and integrate new Frigoscandia freezing lines for beef, poultry and grain-based products, including the Flat Product Freezer, SuperCONTACT Crust Freezer, GYRoCOMPACT M9 and GYRoCOMPACT M7 Spiral Freezers. The project is currently scheduled to be operational in the second quarter of 2014.
