Woolworths Ltd has recalled Macro Organic baby food in three varieties, Lamb and Sweet Potato Puree, Beef with Vegetable and Rice Puree and Chicken with Sweetcorn and Pasta Puree from Woolworths Supermarkets, Safeway Food for Less and Flemings Supermarkets nationally. The recall is due to a packaging fault resulting in the potential to cause spoilage and possible illness if consumed. Consumers should not eat this product, and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund
