Skuna Bay Craft Raised Salmon has partnered with Gerard Dominique Seafoods to introduce a cold-smoked salmon product.

Skuna Bay's Gerard Dominique Craft Smoked Salmon is produced with Chef Dominique Place's artisanal smoking and curing method less than 200 miles from Skuna's farms off of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The product is smoked in small batches with a blend of hardwoods and fruitwoods, a dry cure method and deep trimming. Gerard Dominique have been smoking salmon since 1990.
