Sainsbury’s opens new chilled desserts making facility in Fakenham

Creating 200 new jobs, the facility in Fakenham, will create a variety Sainsburys chilled desserts, ranging from Sherry Triffle to Chocolate Sundae

Today is a great milestone for a number of reasons, not only does Fakenham create world inspiring desserts for our customers, its in line with our 2020 commitment to double our sales of British food, said Mike Coupe, commercial director at Sainsbury's.

More than 100 desserts, ranging in price from 1 to 4, will be produced every day in the factory a
