Nestle USA to invest $72 million in Indiana plant

Nestle USA will invest $72 million for the addition of a seventh beverage processing line at its manufacturing plant in Anderson. The new line will increase production capacity for the companys Boost nutrition drink and Carnation Breakfast Essentials beverage. The new line is projected to be operational in 2014.

Opened in 2009, the Nestle Anderson plant also produces Coffee-Mate non-dairy creamer and is the sole production site for Nesquik ready-to-drink beverages in the United States. It also
