DFA, Craigs Station partner to construct cold milk separation facility in US

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) and Craigs Station Ventures have partnered to construct a new $12m cold milk separation facility in York, New York.

The proposed cold milk separation facility will be spread over an area of about 14,000ft and is expected to process approximately one million pounds of milk everyday, with a potential to increase to two million pounds.

The plant will be connected to an anaerobic digester that will convert manure into renewable energy for the facility. It will employ
