Naturex has announced an investment in the SATIN project, which aims to tackle obesity in the EU by developing satiety-enhancing food products to manage weight control.
SATIN is funded by the EUs 7th Framework Programme (FP7) and has a 6 million budget. Naturex, along with food companies from 9 countries and several European universities, is now part of a consortium dedicated to furthering the projects goals.
