SIRF produces new seafood consumer research

A new study from Virginia Techs Department of Food Science and Technology and sponsored by the Seafood Industry Research Fund (SIRF) is driving home the key problems consumers have with seafood: how to buy it, and how to prepare it.

The research, released in video form, also describes how consumers do not understand health benefits of seafood. The videos are designed to be educational, helping viewers answer questions about seafood.
