Ham and broccoli pasta bake

Ingredients

300g dried fusilli pasta
380g (1 head) broccoli, trimmed, cut into small florets
1 tablespoon reduced-fat dairy spread
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 cup skim milk
1 lemon, rind finely grated
1/2 cup reduced-fat spreadable cream cheese
1/2 cup grated reduced-fat tasty cheese
200g 98% fat-free ham, chopped
1/2 cup fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
olive oil cooking spray

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Cook pasta in a large saucepan
