The new fresh milk plant cost nearly VND2,400 billion (US$114 million) and is located over an area of 20 hectares.
The facility is capable of producing more than 400 million liters of milk a year in the first phase and excess of 800 million liters in the second phase.
The facility is also equipped with state-of-the-art technology provided by Sweden Tetra Pak Corporation.
The equipment is being used for the first time in Vietnam and Asia.
