She succeeds William Meissner, who has resigned. Meanwhile, Mick Fleming, a long-standing board member, has been named chairman, replacing Richard Eiswirth.
The company also announced the elimination of the chief financial officer position, which had been held by James Stapleton since February. Carrie Traner, vice-president of finance and principal financial officer, will assume Mr. Stapletons duties.
