Danone in Canada has announced plans to invest C$40m (US$38.5m) to expand production of Oikos Greek yogurt at its facility in Boucherville, Quebec, a move which would create 25 direct and 250 indirect jobs.
The company said it has purchased precision equipment that provides versatility in the manufacturing and packaging of its product.
Danone in Canada president and CEO Nick Krzyzaniak said, This investment not only confirms Danone's role as a major agent of economic development in Qubec, but
