Federicos Mexican Restaurant has gotten a clean bill of health from Maricopa County after 79 customers at their Litchfield Park, Ariz., location fell ill with E. coli O157:H7 in July.
Over the course of the outbreak, nearly 30 people were hospitalized and two developed life-threatening hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS).
