Satay chicken rice paper rolls

ise on wrapper, 3cm up from the bottom. Top with a little chicken mixture and sauce, then a basil and coriander leaf. Fold bottom of wrapper up over filling, then roll up tightly, folding in right side as you go, to form a roll with one open end. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling ingredients. Tuck a few extra herbs into the top of each roll.

6. Serve rolls with lime wedges and remaining satay sauce.
