Tea Forums with educational values on topics such as teapot appreciation, cooking with tea, beauty of tea drinking and so on were organised, allowing the general public to enrich their knowledge on tea. A workshop on pairing tea with food, and tea art performance were also organised to spice up the fairground as well as to promote tea culture. The fair was further enriched by the display of tea wares and over 80 books at the Tea Gallery.
