ACB Solutions has placed two new processing lines for muhsrooms at RPZ Rheinische Pilz-Zentrale GmbH in Germany. Each line can process 100 trays per minute, sealed, labelled and checked for weight, making them ready for transport to the supermarket. The packaging line starts as soon as the desired weight has been entered by the operator. The harvested trays are automatically checked for the correct weight. The line automatically divides the trays of mushrooms over three belts next to each other.
