Dim Sum and Co have created a range of spring rolls, dumplings, buns and siu mei, which it says are made using fresh Australian ingredients.
There are currently six products in the Dim Sum and Co range: Chicken and Water Chestnut Sui Mei, Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, Pork and Asian Green Dumplings, Crispy Peking Duck Spring Rolls, Farm Fresh Vegetable Spring Rolls and Home-style Chicken Spring Rolls. Dim Sum and Co said each product can be cooked in a variety of ways, including microwave-steaming, ov
