Produced by Brio growers partners of Alce Nero in Veneto and Sicily,Generoso is harvested between July and September. The green-orange skin is smooth and thin and the flesh is meaty, very little watery and with few seeds.
Recognisable thanks to customised packaging, Generoso beef tomatoes are sold in supermarkets in 650 g packets.
