Two dairy plants to be established in India

The state government of the Indian state of Kerala plans to establish two dairy plants with an investment of INR800m ($13.42m).

This announcement was made by the Minister of Rural Development KC Joseph at the opening of a new ice cream plant in Peringalam, Kerala.

The two new plants will be set up in Sreekandapuram and Kuttippuram. The government has already finalised 15 acres of land of the facility in Sreekandapuram.
